BROCCOLI/CAULIFLOWER SALAD

2 c broccoli pieces

2 c carrots, sliced diagonally (thin)

2 c cauliflower pieces

1 small onion, sliced in rings

1 c celery pieces

Dressing: 1/2-1/3 c lemon juice

1/2 c honey

salt to taste

any herbs you would like

Mix veggies all together. Blend dressing ingredients in blender and pour over veggies. Put in covered container and refrigerate over night. Shake server times to evenly distribute the dressing. Before serving add 1 to 2 c cherry tomatoes.
