1 c peanut butter

1 c chopped dates

1/4-1/2 c honey

1 c chopped nuts

1 c roasted wheat germ

1/2 c soy or other nonfat milk powder

2-3 T juice

1 lb carob chips

Mix all ingredients together with hands except carob chips. Melt carob chips. Dip candy pieces into carob and refrigerate. Store in refrigerator.
