HOT CAROB COCOA

1 quart milk (cashew, soy or other low fat milk)

3-4 T carob powder

5 pitted dates or 1 T honey

pinch of salt

1/2 t vanilla

2 T vege oil

Liquefy above ingredients till smooth. Add the oil slowly and liquefy again. Heat Hot carob, but do not boil.
