JUST LIKE "REESE'S" PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

2 c carob chips

1 c peanut butter

2 T honey

Mix peanut butter and honey for filling. Melt carob chips in small saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat when half of the chips are melted. Place 24 mini-muffin cup paper lines in rows; spoon in bottom layer of melted chips then drop a spoon of filling on top. Cover with more melted chips. Chill before serving to set, about 15 minutes.
