FRENCH TOAST

� c. sunflower seeds, cashews or almonds

2 1/2 c water

2 T honey

1T vanilla or maple flavoring

1/2 t salt

2 c oats

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Dip about 12 slices of bread in this batter. 1)Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400* for 10 min. Reduce heat to 350* until toast is nicely browned. (May want to put under broiler to brown top quickly at end.) 2)Or fry on Teflon griddle or fry pan.
