LENTIL BARLEY SOUP
1/2 c lentils
1/4 c barley
4 c water
1 large can tomatoes
3 med carrots, sliced
1 med onion, chopped
2 c cabbage, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Sage to taste
Salt to taste
Boil slowly for about an hour until carrots are tender.
