ICED LEMON-MINT TEA

1 c boiling water

6 lemon-flavored decaffeinated tea bags

2 T fresh mint leaves, crushed(may use 1 bag mint tea to replace)

6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

1 c orange juice

7 c cold water

Combine first three ingredients in a large container; cover and steep 5 minutes. Discard tea bags. Stir in lemonade concentrate, orange juice and cold water. Cover and chill overnight; strain before serving. Pour over ice cubes and serve, garnish with mint springs if desired.
