MULTI-GRAIN BREAD

(FOR BREAD MACHINES--1 1/2 lb loaf)

9 1/2 oz water 90-100* (1 c + 3 T)

2 c Bread flour

1 c whole wheat flour

1/2 c 7-grain cereal

1 t salt

1 T margarine

2 t active dry yeast or 1 1/2 t of bread machine fast rise yeast

Add lukewarm water to pan.

Add dry ingredients, except yeast, to pan. Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, then level ingredients, pushing some of the mixture into the corners. Place margarine into corners of pan. Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add yeast, lock pan into bread maker. Program for BASIC/SPECIALTY and desired bread color. When done, turn off and remove bread from pan. Cool on rack before slicing.
