ONION GRAVY

1 c finely chopped onion

1 c finely chopped celery

1/2 c almonds or other nuts

1 c water

1/3 c white flour

1 heaping t of chicken style seasoning

1 t salt

2 c water

Sauté` onion and celery. Blend nuts and water. Add remaining ingred. Blend well and add to celery and onions and stir constantly, bring to a boil. If too thick, add more water. Makes 1 1/2 qts.
