OAT BURGERS

4 1/2 c water, boiling

4 1/2 c quick oats (or 3 1/2 oats and 1 c vitaburger)

1/3 c oil

1 T onion powder

1 t garlic powder

1/4 t Italian seasoning (or basil)

1/2 c low sodium soy sauce

1/4 c yeast flakes or 1 T savory

Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients together. Put canning lid on lightly greased cookie sheet. Fill with burger mix. Bake at 350* for 1 hour, turning after 30 min.
