ONE DISH MEAL

2T water

1/2 c chopped onion

1/2 c chopped celery

1/4 c chopped green peppers

1/2 c chopped cooked carrots

1/4 c cooked peas

1 c cooked chick peas

3 c cooked brown rice

1/4 c chopped parsley

1 1/2 t chicken style seasoning

1/8 t oregano

salt to taste

Sauté` onion and celery in water. Mix all ingredients together and bake in casserole dish at 350* for 30-40 min.
