SUGARLESS APPLE PIE

2 homemade or frozen oil pie crusts

1 small can frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate or 6 oz fresh cider

2 T flour

Cinnamon to taste

6-8 ripe golden delicious med. apples, peeled and thinly sliced

2 T margarine

Combine frozen apple juice or cider, flour, margarine and cinnamon in sauce pan. Cook until thickened. Add apple slices and stir until well coated. Pour into bottom crust and top with other crust. Seal edges. Brush with oil, if desired. Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes until crust is golden.
