TOFU MAYONNAISE
1/3 c nuts (blanched almonds or cashews) 1/3 c water 1 brick (1 lb.) tofu 1 t salt 1 t onion powder 1 T honey Blend till smooth. Chill and serve. Keeps in fridge for a week.
