VEGETABLE CURRY

2 bay leaves

pinch of curry powder

2 potatoes, peeled and diced

1/2 head cauliflower, chunked

1 c tomatoes

1/4 head cabbage, chunked

1/4 c oil

1/2 onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, pressed

Heat oil and fry onion and garlic. Add vegetables and stir a few minutes on high. Cook on medium heat about 30 minutes. Serve over rice with chipatis for scooping up.
