WALNUT OAT BURGER

1 c quick oats, raw

1 c seasoned bread crumbs

1 c saut,ed onion, chopped fine

1 c walnuts, finely ground

1/2 c soy flour

Accent, sage to taste

Blend all ingredients. Carefully add just enough hot water to hold it all together. Mix well and make into patties. Brown on both sides in skillet sprayed with Pam or nonstick skillet. Serve on burger buns or with gravy as a meatless main dish. Serves 6-8
